A Dining Table
What a magnificent Dining Table. The top and the and the painted base work in concert to give this butcher block table a very rich look. It seems to have split the line dividing shaker and modern lifestyle furniture. One can just imagine Thanksgiving on this dining table.
The Modern Tradition
Preston Feather - Classic
This 3" Solid Maple Butcher Block top is in a lake house in northern Michigan. The english style cup handles and the white painted base really make this the center focus of the kitchen. It almost has the feel of furniture. ..and what a great work surface.

A Buther Block tradition
Detroit ShowroomFutura Custom Kitchens of Detroit put this beautiful top on the sales floor. It is a perfect example of how a wood top can be used in a kitchen. The soft glow of light reflecting off the 3" ogee edge sometimes called "shouldering" is precisely why this top is so popular. Canadian Showroom
M.L.M. Millwork of Quebec Canada is displaying this custom top. The distributor was Robert Bury & Co. The top features an unusual thickness at 88" x 21" x 2" thick. With the rounded ends it would make for great traffic patterns in almost any kitchen. The customer stained this top to blend in nicely with the base unit. This is another great example of "kitchen furniture" which blends the function of a working island with the beauty of furniture found perhaps in the traditional dining room.

Kitchen Furniture
This top combines with the base unit to create a piece of "kitchen furniture" which is both functional and beautiful. This is the freedom Butcher Block tops allow the designer. This top was fashioned out of one of our standard rectangular tops by a fabricator in the field.

It takes great skill to combine all the conveniences of a modern kitchen while retaining the charm of a country home. The Lyptus Countertop only adds to this charm. The Photo was taken by Steve and Paul Whitsitt Photography. Macy's Department StoresHere we see a display manufactured for the Macy's Department store chain. Our distributor out of Cincinnati, Tamarack Distributors, connected with Breuwer Woodworking to supply the Macy's Department Stores with butcher block display tops for every store. These display units are in the kitchenware’s section and look fantastic. This is of course aside from the fact they are also very functional. The top you see here is in the Macy's store at the Woodlands Hills Mall on the south side of Tulsa Oklahoma. The Levitating Butcher BlockGod did not intend Butcher Block to fly...if He had, He would have given it wings. But here we see an installation which seems to defy gravity. Look mom, "no legs"! The top is actually suspended from the ceiling making for a very interesting installation indeed. A Red KitchenThis butcher block countertop makes a real statement with the rich red color of the walls. Butcher block adapts itself to many color schemes from the very traditional to the more contemporary. Furniture Top

A Nook TableThis is a very simple use and inexpensive use of our product. The top you see here make for a great place to have the morning coffee. In this particular installation the top has been permanently installed but it would also be acceptable to use one of our free standing tables with one of our wood bases. A Shuffleboard
One of the more unique items we manufacture is a solid hard maple shuffleboard. This item is glued up sanded smooth and then silk screened. Once this is done we send the board down the UV line and the finish is applied.
